MSN, PMHNP-BC, AG-ACNP

(She/Her/Hers)

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a background in critical care neurology and medicine. My work as an intensive care NP led me to recognize the psychical manifestations of untreated mental health disorders and motivated me to become certified in Psychiatry and Mental Health.

I strive to empower my clients to improve their quality of life by providing them with tools, both pharmacological and non-pharmacological, to help them with the healing process. I believe in a holistic approach, using medication therapy in combination with lifestyle modifications (nutrition, exercise, sleep, social interaction, stress-relieving activities) that also play important roles in mental wellness.

I have a wealth of life experience, initially graduating with a liberal arts degree from the University of Notre Dame, and later returning to school for Nursing and subsequently Advanced Practice Nursing at the University of California, San Francisco. I then returned to school at Johns Hopkins University to complete a program in Psychiatry and Mental Health.

I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and supporting you on your journey.
