(She/Her/Hers)

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner invested in providing an empathetic environment to partner with clients and when appropriate, families, to fully understand treatment goals and how to best reach these. Mental health involves many aspects of one’s life and I believe in viewing treatment in a holistic framework. This often includes lifestyle and environmental modifications, engagement in psychotherapy, and evaluation of appropriateness for medication treatment. My focus is on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychoeducation. My experience also allows for guidance around recommendations for which psychotherapy modalities to pursue. I strive to respect every individual’s and family’s values, culture, and perspectives when determining treatment plans.

I have several years of experience working in child and adolescent inpatient psychiatric settings, both as a Registered Nurse and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I have gained invaluable experience managing mental health crises as well as collaborating with community team members, including therapists, schools, and primary care providers to determine how best to support clients and families.

I look forward to building meaningful connections and supporting each client’s individualized experience with mental health.

Areas of focus: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, OCD.  Ages 6 - 25.
